The HELIN Consortium Annual Conference, held each year in January, brings nationally know speakers to Rhode Island to discuss current and future trends in information seeking and collecting and the how those trends will affect libraries. Around 200 academic and medical librarians from HELIN Consortium member libraries attend, intermingled with representatives of 15-20 sponsoring companies.
