Documents the initial meeting of the HELIN Data Analysis Task Force.

Task Force Charges:

1. “Perform an environmental scan of HELIN systems and services identifying key questions and data sources that could inform the consortium on systems and services usage patterns, permitting a data driven understanding of user needs.”

1. “Identify one or more data visualization tools to create personalized, interactivedata visualizations, reports and dashboards from multiple data sources, permitting avisualized data driven understanding of user needs.”

1. “Prepare a final summary report to be available to the Executive Director by June 15, 2015.”
