Abstract
Delineates the project to migrate HELIN Library Consortium from the Millennium integrated library system to the Sierra system. HELIN Library Consortium is a development partner for Sierra, a next generation integrated library system that incorporates the complete functionality of the Innovative library system with the power and scale of modern software architecture. Built on a foundation of “open services”, Sierra will provide all the benefits of proven, stable business logic and integrated resource management on which thousands of libraries rely. At the same time, Sierra is designed with flexibility built in to meet the changing needs of libraries and their users.
