Abstract

Report of the Blue Ribbon Commission on the General Assembly. The Commission was charged with developing a broad blueprint for the General Assembly in the 21st Century. The Commission's efforts are part of a process which has resulted in four year terms for the State's general officers and the adoption of comprehensive campaign finance reform and ethics reform legislation.
