Here are archived the minutes of the HELIN Task Forces which were formed to help carry out the strategic initiatives identified by the HELIN Board of Directors in compliance with Policy Governance. Task Forces are appointed by the HELIN Executive Director. They report directly to the Executive Director, providing reports, recommendations, and other strategic support as articulated by the formal charge to the Task Force.
